Lead Agency Consent for Phase II Sewer Expansion

RESOLVED

  • On behalf of the Village of Red Hook Planning Board, the Board consents to the Village of Red Hook serving as lead agency for the application of the STEP Sewer upgrade – Phase II, and requests that the Planning Board continue to be notified of SEQR determination, proceedings and hearings in this matter.
