**Stilsing Electric Inc.** is pleased to provide you with the following change proposal for additional electrical work on the above referenced project for the lump sum price of **$4,250500.00** . The scope of work for this change proposal is detailed below.
## SCOPE OF WORK:
- InstallRemove conduitexisting original well control panel enclosure & clean up all abandoned wiring in the control building for Chlorine Analyzerwithin.
- Install conduit12” &x wiring12” inwireway to reconnect all existing conduits that go out to the controlwell building for Chart Recorderheads.
- Install conduitnew &conduits wiringas inrequired theto controlconnect buildingcircuits forpassing Flowthrough Meterold cabinet.
- InstallDispose conduitof &existing wiring in the control building for Chemical Pump.
- All conduits to be PVCcabinet.
- All work will be done during the normal working hours of 7AM to 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday unless otherwise noted.
No additional work will be performed without formal approval.
