## **VILLAGE OF RED HOOK RESOLUTION #___ - 2024 DATED May 13, 2024** A meeting of the Village of Red Hook was convened in public session at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY on May 13, 2024. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Smythe. ## **RESOLUTION FOR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS TO VILLAGE GENERAL, WATER & SEWER FUNDS.** WHEREAS clauses: -, the Village Board desires to amend the General, Water, & Sewer Fund budgets to reflect current information and expenses -, WHEREAS, for the General Fund, the Village Board has previously approved using $101,600 of Fund Balance for the following budget items: Planning Contract addition -
