Storage Tank: At the January Water Board Meeting, the board decided the best approach is to rebuild vs. Rehab.

Biofilm Build Up in the Tank: Fernando and Bryan overflowed the tank again in July. The chlorine residual was adequate. The long-range solution is to purchase and install tank-to-pump communication, either radio or cellular. Dan Valentine will prepare an RFP. We will have the tank inspected in 2025 to ascertain if/when we should purchase a new tank.

Valve Installation: Fernando will investigate installation of a valve in the water main in the Manor/Colonial area. He will also think about how to locate galvanized pipe on south side of Aspinwall. This pipe is no longer used but, is still connected to the water main on the north side. This pipe has leaked in the past, se we should find and disconnect it.

New Connection: A new connection at Victory Lane off of North Drive requires a special meter pit. Long lead times for these! Fernando proposed a temporary solution with a meter in the house. When we get a meter pit we will convert to the meter pit. We also need a contractor to dig up the service pipe connection to install an enhanced connection. Contractors have been busy !

Mapping: Fernando will give us a proposal.
