RESOLVED

• the proposed freestanding sign located at 49 West Market Street, listed as Tax Grid #6272-06-383756, as depicted in the submitted proposal, shall not exceed the square footage as provided by the Code of the Village of Red Hook, and the sign is within the limits allowed and conforms to all provisions of Section 200-38 of the Code of the Village of Red Hook, with the condition that signage shall not interfere with traffic and if any issues arise applicant will be required to return to this Board to revisit the signage application.
