Trustee Uku Village Food Waste Report for January 2025

The Village Food Waste Collection Program is now live. Village residents are invited to sign up at redhookvillage.gov/compost, in person, or by phone/email to the Clerk.
In January, I continued to contribute text and tech – writing copy for the website, the physical shed, and handouts – as well as the backend, making sure the registration Google Form and Google Spreadsheet are always synchronized. The digital battery also ran out of juice early in the month, so I both recharged and set it up to send out alerts before it goes completely offline.
