Changes in work requests and associated costs shall comply with Articles 11 and 13 of the General Conditions. If a claim is made that the above change(s) have affected Contract Price or Contract Times any such claims shall be processed in accordance with Article 13 of the General Conditions.
When signed by the Owner, Engineer/Architect and received by the Contractor, this document becomes effective IMMEDIATELY as a Work Change Directive (WCD), and the Contractor shall proceed with the change(s) described above.

Stilsing Electric Inc. is pleased to provide you with the following change proposal for additional electrical work on the above referenced project for the lump sum price of $4,250.00 . The scope of work for this change is detailed below.
SCOPE OF WORK:

Install conduit & wiring in the control building for Chlorine Analyzer.

Install conduit & wiring in the control building for Chart Recorder.

Install conduit & wiring in the control building for Flow Meter.

Install conduit & wiring in the control building for Chemical Pump.
-
All conduits to be PVC.
-
All work will be done during the normal working hours of 7AM to 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday unless otherwise noted.
