RESOLUTION TO RESET PUBLIC HEARING FOR FIRE COMPANY AGREEMENT

Resolution #12-2025 — 2025-04-24

WHEREAS

• the Village of Red Hook desires to contract with the Red Hook Fire Company for Fire Services
• Section 4-412 (9)b of the Village Law requires a public hearing for any contract for fire service with an incorporated fire company
• the public hearing was originally set for April 24, 2025 but was not adequately public noticed
• the next monthly meeting of the Village Board is May 12, 2025

RESOLVED

• that the Village Board will schedule a public hearing on the Red Hook Fire Company Agreement on May 12, 2025 at 7:05pm; and the Village Clerk will publish notice in the Village Newspaper
