Resolution to Set Public Hearing for Fire Company Agreement

Resolution #10-2025 — 2025-04-14

WHEREAS

• the Village of Red Hook desires to contract with the Red Hook Fire Company for Fire Services; and
• Section 4–412 (9)b of the Village Law requires a public hearing for any contract for fire service with an incorporated fire company; and
• the next monthly meeting of the Village Board is April 24, 2025.

RESOLVED

• that the Village Board will schedule a public hearing on the Red Hook Fire Company Agreement on April 24, 2025 at 7:05pm; and the Village Clerk will publish notice in the Village Newspaper.
