RESOLVED
- The Board of Trustees hereby classifies the project as a Type I action pursuant to SEQRA
- The Board of Trustees authorizes the Mayor to sign page 13 of the Full EAF
- The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send notice of the Village's intent to serve as lead agency along with a copy of the EAF to all involved and interested agencies as indicated in the attached list
- The Board of Trustees shall hold a public hearing to obtain public comments on the potential environmental impacts of the project on August 5, 2024, at 7 p.m. at the Village Hall, Red Hook, NY
- The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in the official newspaper of said Village, on or before July 19, 2024, which is not less than ten days prior to the date of said public hearing
