Adopt a SEQRA Determination of Nonsignificance regarding an amendment to the Community Preservation Plan and certain Water District No. 1 surplus properties.

Approve the adoption of Local Law A (Proposed) of 2026 regarding an amendment to the Community Preservation Plan.

Approve water rates and charges for Water District No. 1, effective July 1, 2026.

Authorize contract award to Claverack Well & Pump Service, Inc. for Water District No. 1 Well No. 1 Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $34,452.00.

Authorize contract award to U.S. Tank Painting, Inc. for Water District No. 1 Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project General Contract in the amount of $871,000.00.

Approve the Out of District Water Service Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and Bard College.

Amend the 2026 Agreement for the Expenditure of Highway Moneys to include work on Shady Lane and increase permanent improvement funding from $323,000 to $430,000.

Authorize contract award to A. Colarusso & Son, Inc. for 2026 Paving Project in the aggregate amount of $386,075.00.

Approve a Temporary Use Agreement with the Louis and August Jonas Foundation, Inc. for Camp Rising Sun Pool from June 26, 2026 to September 7, 2026.
