VILLAGE OF RED HOOK RESOLUTION # - 2026 DATED: JUNE 22, 2026
A meeting of the Village of Red Hook was convened in public session at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY on June 22, 2026. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Smythe.
RESOLUTION TO APPOINT REGISTRAR AND DEPUTY REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a Registrar and Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Village of Red Hook pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Public Health Law; and
NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Mayor hereby appoints Jennifer Cavanaugh as Registrar, and Diana Devens as Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics of the Village of Red Hook for a period coterminous with the term of their offices, Clerk and Deputy Clerk, respectively.
