RESOLUTION TO APPOINT REGISTRAR AND DEPUTY REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS

WHEREAS

  • it is necessary to appoint a Registrar and Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Village of Red Hook pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Public Health Law

RESOLVED

  • the Mayor hereby appoints Jennifer Cavanaugh as Registrar, and Diana Devens as Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics of the Village of Red Hook for a period coterminous with the term of their offices, Clerk and Deputy Clerk, respectively
