RESOLVED

  1. the Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Out of District Water Service Agreement with Bard College, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof
  2. the Supervisor the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Out of District Water Service Agreement
  3. this resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook has determined that entering into an Out of District Water Service Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and Bard College, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk (the "Out of District Water Service Agreement"), is in the best interests of the Town
  • WHEREAS, the proposed action constitutes a Type II action under the SEQR Regulations, which have been determined under SEQR not to have a significant impact on the environment
