RESOLVED

  1. the Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Temporary Use Agreement, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof
  2. the Supervisor, the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Temporary Use Agreement
  3. this resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook and the Louis and August Jonas Foundation, Inc., have drawn up a Temporary Use Agreement for the use of pool facilities at Camp Rising Sun for the period from June 26, 2026, to September 7, 2026
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook has determined that entering into a Temporary Use Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Louis and August Jonas Foundation, Inc., in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk (the "Temporary Use Agreement"), is in the best interests of the Town
  • WHEREAS, the proposed action constitutes a Type II action under the SEQR Regulations, which have been determined under SEQR not to have a significant impact on the environment
