Adopt a SEQRA Determination of Nonsignificance regarding Local Law No. F (Proposed) of 2023 concerning regulation of stops and crosswalks and exclusion of certain commercial vehicles from certain highways.

Authorize adoption by the Town Board of Local Law No. F (Proposed) of 2023, now to be referred to as Local Law No. 5 of 2023, regarding amending the Town Code regarding vehicles and traffic.

Approve the Stop Sign and Crosswalk Inventory including an additional stop at Elm Street southbound at Aspinwall.

Approve water rates and charges for Water District No. 1, increasing the minimum rate from $49.48 to $52.00 and the usage rate from $6.02 to $6.30 per 1000 gallons over 9000, effective October 1, 2023.

Authorize submission of application for Fiscal Year 2024 Dutchess County Community Development Block Grant in the amount of up to $200,000 for a walkway project.

Authorize support of application by Village of Rhinebeck for improvements to the Rhinebeck/Red Hook Historic District Bike/Hike Trails, with the Town of Red Hook contributing up to $3,000 cash and in-kind labor.

Authorize the Town of Red Hook to pursue a grant application to obtain funding for the Town of Red Hook Justice Court, up to $30,000 under the JCAP grant program.

Authorize the purchase of hot mix asphalt for highway department purposes for 2024 from A. Colarusso and Son, Inc. and Callanan Industries, Inc.

Authorize the purchase of ice control abrasives for highway department purposes for 2024 from Red Wing Properties, Inc.

Authorize the purchase of road services and materials for 2024 pursuant to Town Procurement Policy from multiple vendors including Red Wing, Colarusso, and Callanan.
