RESOLVED
- The Town Board hereby adopts the Inventory of Stop Signs and Crosswalks in the form on file with the Town Clerk and attached hereto and made a part of this resolution
- The officers of the Town are authorized and directed to take all other actions as may be required by law
Show preamble — 4 WHEREAS clauses
- WHEREAS, a proposal has been received to modify the locations of stop signs in the Town with the addition of a stop at Elm Street southbound at Aspinwall
- WHEREAS, an inventory of stop signs and crosswalks including such additional stop has been placed on file with the Town Clerk
- WHEREAS, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town Board has determined that adoption of such inventory as revised is best described as a local legislative decision concerning routine administration and management under the State Environmental Quality Review Act ("SEQRA")
- WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, after due deliberation, finds it in the best interests of the Town to adopt said inventory in the form attached hereto
