RESOLVED

  1. the Dutchess County Community Development Consortium Fiscal Year 2024 grant application in the amount of up to $200,000 for a project with an estimated cost of $400,000 to improve accessibility by installing a walkway from Rt. 9 at St. Margaret's to the terminus of Hannaford Drive, including the certifications included therein, is hereby approved.
  2. the submission of said application to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development is hereby authorized.
  3. this resolution shall take effect immediately.
