RESOLVED
- The Board shall hold a public hearing on December 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, to hear all interested parties on said Proposed Local Law
- The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in the official newspapers of the Village, on or before November 30, 2023, which is not less than ten calendar days prior to the date of said public hearing
- The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of the Proposed Local Law to the Code Enforcement Officer and Police Lieutenant Hildenbrand for review with a request that all comments be received on or before the public hearing date
- The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of the public hearing notice to the clerks of the adjacent municipalities
