A meeting of the Village of Red Hook was convened in public session at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY on May 13, 2024. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Smythe.
## **RESOLUTION TO REVISE VILLAGE APPOINTMENTS.**
WHEREAS clauses:
-, under Village Law §3–-301(3) the Mayor must appoint, with Board approval the offices of Clerk, Treasurer, Deputy Clerk, Associate Justice, and members of boards

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED clauses:
