Red Hook Sewer Project

Substantial Completion was achieved on March 30, 2023. Restoration & Punch List are in the final stages.

Electrical Contract:

Final punch list items have been completed. Final paperwork has been received.

General Contract:

  1. Provide record drawing per specification Section 017700.1.5.F. Received – awaiting final edits.

  2. Provide photographic documentation (pre and post work) per Section 013223. Not yet received.

  3. There are a few properties where the grass has not been restored to an acceptable level. Reseeding will take place in Spring 2024.

FINANCING

With Form E #11, we have expended $7,819,980.90. That leaves $627,137.10 the majority of which is retainage. Nothing further expended to date.

The final change order has been determined. Final contract numbers being reviewed. No overage is expected. Final submittal to USDA due this month.
