Authorize the Mayor to sign Sewer Easements

Resolution #9-2018 — 2018-04-09

WHEREAS

  • In accord with the sewer project there will be sewer mains and a septic tank installed on village property at village hall and sewer mains running through the village parking lot
  • Easement documents, related documents and site maps are in possession of the village and required signature by the Mayor

RESOLVED

  • The Village Board authorizes the Mayor to sign the required easements documents and related filing forms.
