Authorize the Mayor to sign Sewer Easements

Resolution #9-2018 — 2018-04-09

WHEREAS

In accord with the sewer project there will be sewer mains and a septic tank installed on village property at village hall and sewer mains running through the village parking lot
Easement documents, related documents and site maps are in possession of the village and required signature by the Mayor

RESOLVED

The Village Board authorizes the Mayor to sign the required easements documents and related filing forms.
