RESOLVED

  1. The Village Board authorizes the Mayor to sign the required easements documents and related filing forms.

  • WHEREAS, In accord with the sewer project there will be sewer mains and a septic tank installed on village property at village hall and sewer mains running through the village parking lot
  • WHEREAS, Easement documents, related documents and site maps are in possession of the village and required signature by the Mayor
