Approve task order with Tighe and Bond for engineering services for water district preliminary report and planning.

Adopt the 2025 Preliminary Budget as proposed as the Adopted Budget for 2025.

Authorize the purchase of hot mix asphalt for highway department purposes in 2025 from A. Colarusso & Son, Inc. at specified FOB prices.

Authorize the purchase of ice control abrasives for highway department purposes in 2025 from Red Wing Properties, Inc. at $11.50 per ton FOB.

Authorize the purchase of road services and materials pursuant to Town procurement policy for 2025 from multiple vendors at specified FOB prices.
