  1. the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the task order not to exceed the lump sum amount of $18,600 for the Preliminary Engineering and not to exceed the lump sum amount of $11,500 for the Map, Plan, and Report is hereby approved

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook ("Town") and Tighe and Bond entered into an Agreement for Professional Services dated as of January, 2021 ("Agreement for Professional Services"), copies of which are on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, Tighe and Bond has provided a task order for engineering services for the Town in connection with the preparation of a preliminary engineering report and a map, plan and report for a proposed Town water district
