the Town of Red Hook is applying to the Hudson River Greenway for a grant under the Greenway Communities Grant Program for a project entitled Red Hook Community Preservation Project Plan Update to be located in the Village of Village of Tivoli, Village of Red Hook and Town of Red Hook.
the grant application requires the applicant municipality to obtain the approval/endorsement of the governing body of the municipality or municipalities in which the project will be located

that the governing board of the Village of Red Hook hereby does endorse the Town of Red Hook's application for a grant in the amount $ 10,000 under the Greenway Communities Grant Program, for a project known as Red Hook Community Preservation Project Plan Update and located within this community, with a total project cost estimated not to exceed $ 20,000 and the required 50% match to be funded by in-kind contributions.
