RESOLVED

  1. that the governing board of the Village of Red Hook hereby does endorse the Town of Red Hook's application for a grant in the amount $ 10,000 under the Greenway Communities Grant Program, for a project known as Red Hook Community Preservation Project Plan Update and located within this community, with a total project cost estimated not to exceed $ 20,000 and the required 50% match to be funded by in-kind contributions.
