Approve the Intermunicipal Sewer Agreement with the Village of Red Hook regarding the Sewer District #1 Project.

Determine that the Town of Red Hook Sewer District #1 Project shall be immune from the application of the Town Zoning Law.

Approve the establishment of Town of Red Hook Sewer District #1 to include 51 parcels with a maximum expenditure of $6,596,000, subject to permissive referendum.

Authorize submission of an application to the State Comptroller for approval of the establishment of Sewer District #1.

Authorize construction and acquisition of equipment and improvements for Sewer District #1 at a maximum cost of $6,596,000 and authorize issuance of serial bonds not to exceed $6,596,000.

Authorize an extension to the Tighe & Bond Engineering Agreement for Professional Services for an additional two-year period ending December 31, 2025.

Approve acceptance of a Tributary Restoration Grant of $109,000 for engineering costs for replacement of culverts on Town roads with a local match of $33,000.

Approve a task order with Tighe & Bond for engineering services for replacement of Willets Drive West and East culverts not to exceed $142,000.

Authorize an extension to the Creighton Manning Engineering Agreement for Professional Services for an additional two-year period ending December 31, 2025.

Authorize the Town Supervisor to prepare a grant application for the WQIP program for equipment to institute a brine program not to exceed $150,000.

Authorize settlement of Article 7 tax assessment proceeding for Callendar House, LLC with assessed value reductions for tax years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
