RESOLVED

  1. the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the Tighe & Bond task order not to exceed the aggregate amount of $142,000 is hereby approved, subject to all conditions of the Grant.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook has been selected to receive a New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Hudson River Tributary Restoration and Resiliency Program Grant No. DEC01-C02119GG-3350000 in the amount of $109,000 ("Grant") for design engineering for replacement of culverts at Willets Drive West and East, with an estimated total project cost of $142,000, and a local match of 30%
  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook ("Town") and T&B Engineering and Landscape Architecture, P.C. ("Tighe and Bond") entered into an Agreement for Professional Services dated as of January, 2021 ("Agreement for Professional Services"), copies of which are on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, Tighe and Bond has provided a proposed task order for engineering services for the Town in connection with the replacement of culverts at Willets Drive West and East
