RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board hereby accepts the Culvert Replacement Engineering Grant on the terms and conditions set forth in the form of Contract for Grant with the Department of Environmental Conservation of the State of New York, DEC01-C02119GG-3350000, on file with the Town Clerk.
  2. the required local match of $33,000 is hereby appropriated for such purpose from the DB Fund.
  3. Supervisor Robert McKeon or in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor Bill Hamel, is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the Contract for Grant in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk.
