    — pinned to version dated 2025-11-01
Both documents are the same lab report #79460 with identical test data; Document A is dated 2026-01-12 (receipt/filing date) while Document B is dated 2025-11-01 with LCR issue date 12/04/2025, representing the same singular water quality testing artifact in different processing stages.
  • 2025-11-01AG Environmental Lab Report #79460 — December 2025
    — pinned to version dated 2025-11-01
Both documents are the same lab report (Original Report #79460) for Village of Red Hook water quality testing, with Document B being the initial circulation and Document A the board-meeting version of the identical test results.
  • 2026-01-12Wastewater Facility Operation Report and Noncompliance Event Report — November 2025
Document A is a laboratory certificate of water quality test results; Document B is a monthly operational report for the wastewater facility—two separate regulatory documents serving different reporting slots (lab analysis vs. facility operations), both for the same facility but distinct artifacts.
  • 2025-11-01AG Environmental Lab Report #78625 — November 2025
Both are separate monthly water quality lab reports for the same facility but from different months (December 2025 vs November 2025) with different report numbers, different sample IDs, and different test results; they are independent monthly submissions, not revisions of the same singular decision or document.
  • 2026-01-12AG Environmental Lab Reports — November–December 2025
Both documents are laboratory test results for the same water treatment facility (Village of Red Hook) from the same November 2025 sampling period, with Document B appearing to be a compilation or revised presentation of the same underlying analytical data.
