RESOLUTION TO APPOINT PUBLIC SPACES COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Resolution #32-2025 — 2025-08-11

WHEREAS

• the Village of Red Hook (the Village) has established the Public Spaces Committee by Resolution #27‐2025
• the Village wishes to appoint members to this committee
• in order to establish two year terms going forward ending in early April along with other committees, these appointments will be for less than two years

RESOLVED

• The Board approves the Mayor's appointments as listed: Ash Bradley‐Rickard (Chair), Betsy Brauer, David Sokol, Linda DiGasper, and Barbara Westermann, with terms ending 4/5/27
