RESOLUTION FOR PRIOR EMPLOYEE MATTER

Resolution #1-2023 — 2023-01-09

WHEREAS

the Village of Red Hook wishes to resolve an employment matter that has arisen with a prior employee ("the Employee")
Employment Counsel for the Village of Red Hook has presented a proposed agreement and release of claims to resolve the matter in its entirety for the sum of Two Thousand and Ten Dollars and Zero Cents ($2,010.00)

that the Mayor and the Village Board do hereby authorize the execution and payment of the proposed agreement and release of claims to resolve the matter upon acceptance of the proposed agreement as amended and release of claims by the Employee
that the Mayor and the Village Board do hereby authorize the appropriate Village administrator, within the same period prescribed by law, to make the payment as set forth pursuant to the terms of the agreement and release
that the Employee has provided or shall provide to Employment Council for the Village of Red Hook a satisfactory release and/or other appropriate documentation to effectuate the resolution of this matter
