RESOLVED

  1. The Board of Trustees hereby determines that the Amended Project will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts, reaffirms its negative declaration adopted on February 8, 2016 and adopts the attached Amended Notice of Determination of Significance.
  2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to provide copies of the attached Amended Notice of Determination of Significance to the Mayor, all involved and interested agencies, and to the Environmental Notice Bulletin for publication.
