Signage approval for 102 W. Market Street

RESOLVED

• approve the freestanding signage at 102 W. Market Street listed under Tax Grid #6272-10-444720, and as depicted in the submitted application and with the same dimensions as depicted in the application and with the conditions as set forth above. The signage shall not exceed the square footage as provided by the Code of the Village of Red Hook, and that the sign is within the limits allowed and conforms to all provisions of Section 200-38 of the Code of the Village of Red Hook.
