RESOLVED

  • The facade signage is approved for Catalina's Deli located at 60 E. Market Street listed under Tax Parcel ID #6272-11-567659 as depicted in submitted application and shall not exceed the square footage as provided by the Code of the Village of Red Hook, and the sign is within the limits allowed and conforms to all provisions of Section 200-38 of the Code of the Village of Red Hook

WHEREAS clauses: - a proposed local law entitled, "'A local law placing a six-month moratorium on all applications and permits for demolition of a structure over 120 square feet and for establishment, expansion of modification of a motor vehicle service station in the GB District"' has been presented to the Village Board - the proposed local law constitutes a Type II action for purposes of the State Environmental Quality Review Act pursuant to 6 NYCRR § 617.5(c)(30) - a public hearing on the proposed local law had been scheduled for November 13, 2017, but notice was not timely published in the Kingston Daily Freeman RESOLVED clauses: - The Board of Trustees of the Village shall hold a public hearing on NovemberDecember 1611, 2017, at 7:0030 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7467 S.
