Authorization for Mayor to Execute USDA-RD Phase II Water Project Application Documents

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook intends to continue its water system upgrades and can apply to USDA-RD for grant/loan money for the Water Improvement Project, Phase II per Preliminary Engineering Report
  • the Village of Red Hook seeks a preliminary funding determination from USDA-RD for Phase II
  • the process involves review and signature of documents to pursue the application for the preliminary funding determination
  • by municipal law the Mayor has executive authority

RESOLVED

  • Mayor Ed Blundell is fully authorized to complete and sign requisite USDA-RD documents as necessary to complete the Phase II application paperwork
