Resolution #15-2013 — 2013-08-05

WHEREAS

  • the attached Chapter 195 Water Rates was introduced by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook on July 25, 2013
  • a public hearing was held on August 5, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, notice of said hearing duly published and at which time all interested parties had an opportunity to be heard
  • the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook heretofore determines that this action is a Type II action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act

RESOLVED

  • by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook the following amendment to Chapter 195 Part 2 Water Rates as follows: [detailed rate schedule with minimum charge of $45.00 for usage up to 5,610 gallons, tiered rates for higher usage, senior citizen rates, pool filling rates, tapping fees, and additional fees for non-compliance with meter replacement deadline of August 30, 2013]. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State in accordance with Section 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
