RESOLVED

  1. by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook the following amendment to Chapter 195 Part 2 Water Rates as follows: [detailed rate schedule with minimum charge of $45.00 for usage up to 5,610 gallons, tiered rates for higher usage, senior citizen rates, pool filling rates, tapping fees, and additional fees for non-compliance with meter replacement deadline of August 30, 2013]. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State in accordance with Section 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.

  • WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook heretofore determines that this action is a Type II action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act
