WHEREAS

the Village of Red Hook intends to continue its application for USDA-RD grant money for the water improvement project as per preliminary funding approval
the process includes a USDA-RD requirement to post a formal Notice of Intent in the official publications of the Village of Red Hook
the official publications are the Kingston Daily Freeman and the Poughkeepsie Journal
the USDA-RD application contains the wording necessary for the basic Notice of Intent with sections to identify the village project

RESOLVED

the Mayor will draft the Notice of Intent and the Clerk's office shall forward it to the official publications
