USDA-RD - INTENT TO FILE

Resolution #12-2011 — 2011-11-17

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook intends to continue its application for USDA-RD grant money for the water improvement project as per preliminary funding approval
  • the process includes a USDA-RD requirement to post a formal Notice of Intent in the official publications of the Village of Red Hook
  • the official publications are the Kingston Daily Freeman and the Poughkeepsie Journal
  • the USDA-RD application contains the wording necessary for the basic Notice of Intent with sections to identify the village project

RESOLVED

  • that the Mayor will draft the Notice of Intent and the Clerk's office shall forward it to the official publications
