The law firm of VanDeWater & VanDeWater LLP, Kyle Barnett (Partner), is appointed as attorney to the Village of Red Hook, effective January 1, 2025. The Mayor is authorized to sign the Engagement Agreement – 2025 dated November 25, 2024, and the 2026 engagement agreement has also been authorized.[29][34]

The Mayor is authorized to hire a Full Time Treasurer at $30.00 per hour with a 15% employee contribution toward health insurance, starting work no earlier than January 6, 2025.[26]
