RESOLVED

  1. The proposed building façade and freestanding signage for property located at 7385 South Broadway, listed as Tax Grid #6272-10-292549, as depicted in submitted proposal is approved. All signage shall not exceed the square footage as provided by the Code of the Village of Red Hook, and that all signage is within the limits allowed and conforms to all provisions of Section 200-38 of the Code of the Village of Red Hook with the condition that signage meets the three feet of open space at the bottom per Village Zoning Section 200-38-A-(b).
