Biofilm Build Up in the Tank: We will do one more overflow to flush out the stale water. The long-range solution is to purchase and install tank-to-pump communication, either radio or cellular.
Valve Installation: Fernando will investigate installation of a valve in the water main in the Manor/Colonial area. He will also think about how to locate galvanized pipe on south side of Aspinwall. This pipe is no longer used but, is still connected to the water main on the north side. This pipe has leaked in the past, se we should find and disconnect it.
New Connection: A new connection at Victory Lane off of North Drive requires a special meter pit. Long lead times for these! Fernando installed a meter in the house. When we get a meter pit we will convert to the meter pit. The connection at the water main was also replaced
Mapping: Fernando will give us a proposal. Dead-end flushing: This will be scheduled.
