Public Hearing ZBA 23-08 Barbara Eichin, application for an area variance to install a perimeter fence, six feet in height, in the LD Zoning District. Section 143-28A of the Town of Red Hook Zoning Code limits the height of the fence in the Required Front Yard to four feet. The Required Front Yard setback, in the LD Zoning District is 100’, and the parcel is only 94’ deep, thus entire parcel is considered a Front Yard. The subject parcel is located at 59 Barrytown Road, in the Hamlet of Barrytown, in the Town of Red Hook, in the Low Development Zoning District.
The next ZBA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Prospective ZBA Applicants must present their application to ZEO Bob Fennell. The submission deadline for this meeting is noon Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
