RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE ADOPTION OF A RESIDENTIAL PAYMENT PLAN FOR PAST DUE WATER BILLS

WHEREAS

  • The Village of Red Hook desires to offer residents who are past due with their water payments an opportunity to pay off their water bills based on their financial circumstances
  • The Village board has reviewed the attached agreement and agrees that it is a fair document

RESOLVED

  • that the Village of Red Hook adopts the use of the attached Residential Payment Plan for Village water customers who are past due with their water payments
