WHEREAS clauses: - the Village of Red Hook intends to continue its application for USDA-RD grant money for the water improvement project as per preliminary funding approval - the process includes a USDA-RD requirement to post a formal Notice of Intent in the official publications of the Village of Red Hook - the official publications are the Kingston Daily Freeman and the Poughkeepsie Journal - the USDA-RD application contains the wording necessary for the basic Notice of Intent with sections to identify the village project RESOLVED clauses: - that the Mayor will draft the Notice of Intent and the Clerk's office shall forward it to the official publications
