WHEREAS clauses: - the attached amendments to Chapter 190 Vehicle and Traffic Code was introduced by the Board of Trustees of the Village Red on October 20, 2011 - a public hearing was held on November 7, 2011 at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, notice of said hearing duly published and at which time all interested parties had an opportunity to be heard - the Board of Trustees of the Village has determined this action to be an a Unlisted action based on the criteria found in 6 NYCRR, § 617.4 and has determined that there are no adverse environmental impacts associated with the adoption of this Local Law, and the Village Board hereby issues a Negative Declaration in connection with the adoption of this Local Law RESOLVED clauses: - Authorizeby the purchaseBoard of aTrustee newof the Village of Red Hook the following: VILLAGE LAW OF RED HOOK LOCAL LAW NO. 6 OF 2011 ChevyVEHICLE TahoeAND TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AMENDMENTS, ADDITION TO SECTION 190-28 Seasonal all night parking. B. When any vehicle is parked or abandoned on any street in violation of subsection (a). Said vehicle may be removed by or under the direction of the Police Department of the Village of Red Hook. (c) The Police Department upon removing any vehicle in violation of this section shall notify the registered owner of the vehicle of the removal and impoundment and registered owner thereof shall be allowed to recover it from the place where it has been placed or impounded upon presentation to the Police Department of evidence of their identity and right to possession of the vehicle, sign a receipt for its return and, in addition to an administrative fee to secure the removal said vehicle and any penalties and fines owed to the Village of Red Hook, they shall also pay all towing service and storage charges incurred for the removal of the vehicle in violation of this Chapter. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon filing in the amountoffice of $33,875.81the andSecretary secureof aState 4-yearin bond for $32,000.00 to be combinedaccordance with theSection remaining27 $1,875.81 fromof the policeMunicipal equipmentHome lineRules in the approved 2011-2012 Village BudgetLaw.
