RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE ADOPTION OF A RESIDENTIAL PAYMENT PLAN FOR PAST DUE WATER BILLS

Resolution #20-2022 — 2022-09-12

WHEREAS

The Village of Red Hook desires to offer residents who are past due with their water payments an opportunity to pay off their water bills based on their financial circumstances
The Village board has reviewed the attached agreement and agrees that it is a fair document

RESOLVED

that the Village of Red Hook adopts the use of the attached Residential Payment Plan for Village water customers who are past due with their water payments
