WHEREAS

  • the attached local law adopting the Village of Red Hook Sanitary Sewer Use Law was introduced by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook on October 16, 2017
  • a public hearing was held on December 11, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 7467 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, notice of said hearing having been provided in accordance with law and at which time all interested parties had an opportunity to be heard
  • on February 18, 2016 the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook adapted a Negative Declaration under the State Environmental Quality Review Act having determined that there are no adverse environmental impacts associated with the proposed sewer project

RESOLVED

  • by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook the following: Chapter 145 of the Village of Red Hook Code entitled "Sewers" is hereby adopted as annexed hereto
  • This amendments shall take effect immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State in accordance with Section 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
